The team
You say it once. The team does the rest.
You write to the team lead in The Office, who splits the job across the coworkers. They reach for their tools, and all of them read from The Brain, which knows your products and your rules.
The memory
The BrainBeta
Product data, brand rules, ticket history, every correction you make. Every coworker reads from it, so nobody has to be told twice how your business works.
- Product data & variants
- Brand rules & tone of voice
- Docs & ticket history
- Every correction you make
You
One sentence in The Office. You don’t need to know who will do which part.

Every approval, every correction, every answered question goes back to The Brain. The next coworker you hire knows it from their first minute.
Working with the team
One product. One sentence. The rest runs.
You say what should go online. Nora splits the work, the team does it in parallel, and at the end the coworker who uploaded it reports back.
Step 1 · You
You hand over the product
One sentence in The Office. Dimensions, variants and material come from The Brain, a product link is enough.
Step 2 · Team lead
Nora splits the work
Nora knows what a launch needs and who takes which part. You assign nothing.

Step 3 · The team
Everyone works at the same time
Each reaches for their own tool and reads the same product data. That is why image, copy and dimensions match at the end.

“Uploaded. The cabinet is live in the shop and on Amazon. Images, listing, landing page and the support answers are in place.”

“Want Ben to set up a Sponsored Products campaign on Amazon for it?”
That is the part you don’t have to think of. The team doesn’t wait for the next order, it suggests the next step.
Standing orders
Say it once. It keeps happening.
Some work comes back every week anyway. You set it up the way you would say it out loud, and from then on it arrives without anyone asking.

Daily, weekly, monthly — whatever rhythm you say. Every coworker can carry their own.
And they speak up on their own
While a standing order runs, the coworker sees the numbers. When something looks off, you hear about it before you would have noticed.
BenMarketingNot asked for
“Something caught my eye in the weekly report: on the Malmö sofa the ACOS has been climbing for four days while the clicks stay flat. Lower the bid, or check the search terms first?”
Nobody asked, nobody had to remember. That is the difference between a tool you operate and a coworker who pays attention.
How far you can take it
One team is the start, not the limit.
One team is where you start. Add a lead, add a team, and the structure follows how your business actually works.
Build the whole company
Every team gets a lead you talk to, and the teams work together. One puts products online, one runs marketing, one takes care of customers. You decide how deep the structure goes.

Create a team
New area, new team. Give it a lead and start filling it.
New teamA role you address, not a button you press. Tim makes images, Nora leads the team, Jan writes listings and pages, Mia answers enquiries, Leo keeps the channels current. Each one reaches for the right tool and takes the facts from The Brain. You can run as many of each role as you need.
In The Office. You write one sentence to the team lead saying what should happen. She breaks the job down and hands each part to the coworker who can do it. When everything is finished it comes back to you for approval.
Hiring coworkers and arranging them under each other works today: you give each one a role and say who reports to whom, so the structure follows your business. Several separate teams, each with its own lead, is what Business will add. One team puts products online, another runs marketing, a third takes care of customers. From Pro you can also give standing orders, such as a campaign report every Monday, which the coworker saves and delivers on its own — and they write to you unasked when something in those numbers looks off. Both are still in development and marked as such on this page.
